Send your first campaign
Once your account is set up, sending your first campaign takes just a few steps.
1. Upload your list
Go to Lists in the dashboard and upload a CSV file with your subscribers. At minimum, your file needs an email address column. You can also include first name, last name, or any custom fields you want to use in personalisation.
Resonate Reach will flag any invalid addresses so you can clean them up before sending.
2. Create a campaign
Head to Campaigns and click New campaign. Give it a name, choose your sender details (name and email address), and write your subject line.
From there, you can either start from a template or build your email from scratch. Keep it simple — a clean, readable email almost always performs better than a complex one.
3. Choose your audience
Select the list (or segment) you want to send to. You can send to your entire list or filter down to a specific group.
4. Send or schedule
When you're happy with everything, you can either:
- Send now — your campaign goes out immediately.
- Schedule — pick a date and time, and Reach will handle it.
5. Check your analytics
Once sending starts, head to the Analytics tab on your campaign to see delivery, open, and click rates in real time.
