How it works
Your reward pool tier is calculated quarterly based on your sending metrics — primarily delivery rate, open rate, and complaint rate. Senders who consistently hit high standards move up through three tiers:

What's Resonate Amplify?
Resonate Amplify is a professional services offering from Resonate. If you need expert help with email design, deliverability troubleshooting, or campaign execution, Amplify connects you with specialists who handle it for you. It's billed at €100/hour, and your reward pool discount applies directly to that rate.
So a Gold tier sender would pay €70/hour instead of €100.

- Send only to opted-in subscribers.
- Keep your bounce and complaint rates low by maintaining a clean list.
- Encourage engagement — well-timed, relevant emails improve your open and click rates.
